Client Testimonials

“After the truck hit us, the insurer offered $18,000 and a lecture. Ms. Aldridge took the case to the courthouse steps — and they paid eleven times that. She called me herself after every single hearing.”

— Jean H., Westminster ★★★★★ Google

“Mr. Kane told me on day one exactly what my case was worth and exactly how long it would take. He was right on both.”

— Robert T., Lakewood ★★★★★ Google

“I never felt like a file number. Mr. Okafor knew my kids’ names.”

“I’m not the type of person who sues.”

We hear that almost every week. Most of our clients had never hired a lawyer before their injury — and most never expected to. Our job is to make the process clear, honest, and worth it. The consultation costs nothing, and the conversation stays between us.

How a Case Unfolds

An attorney listening to a client in a consultation
1

Consultation

You tell us what happened — free, confidential, no obligation. We tell you honestly whether you have a case and what it may be worth.

Case documents being reviewed and signed
2

Investigation

We gather the evidence, handle the insurers, and shield you from the paperwork while you focus on getting well.

3

Negotiation

We send the demand with the evidence behind it. Insurers pay more when they know the firm across the table tries cases.

Resolution

Most cases settle. If yours shouldn’t, we take it to a jury — prepared for trial from day one. You owe nothing unless we win.

Questions, Answered

Nothing hidden — the answers we give in every first consultation.

What does it cost to hire you?

Nothing up front. We work on contingency — typically one-third of the recovery, 40% if the case goes to trial — and we advance every cost. If we don’t win, you owe us nothing.

How long do I have to file in Colorado?

Generally three years for auto accidents and two years for most other injury claims — but evidence disappears in weeks. Call early; the consultation is free either way.

Will my case go to trial?

Probably not — most of our cases settle. But we prepare every file as if a jury will read it, which is precisely why insurers settle with us for more.

What is my case worth?

Anyone who answers that on a first call is guessing. After a free review of your injuries, treatment, and coverage, we’ll give you an honest range — and the reasoning behind it.

Who will actually handle my case?

A partner. You’ll have their direct line, and the same attorney who signs your case stands next to you if it goes to court.
